John co-founded The Marine Leisure Association of the Emirates in 2009, which has been relaunched as the Leisure Marine Association MENA. Brett, an industry veteran born in Australia, has worked in the yachting industry for over 25 years, starting in boat building. With a focus on customer service, Brett developed competencies in boat building to found Bush & Noble.
